Default Content Item Save Problem Solved (maybe)

I had come across an issue where I was unable to save new content items or edit "some" existing content items. Things I noticed where:

Unable to access data entry field if using IE.

Unable to save the data using Firefox if the data was pasted from MS Word.

Link and html options not working properly

I did several searches but did not find what appeared to be my exact issue or a fix, until I ran across a post I can no longer find concerning how you enter your website, with or without the www. By entering my site without the www I was able to use Firefox or IE, but when using Firefox, I am still unable to paste from Word. So I'm back to using IE for now.

The other benefit of entering my site without the www was the link and html options in the editor now work property. Go figure.

Hope this helps some as I had a hard time finding the answers to these problems, but then I've only been using Mambo for two weeks now.

Thanks
