New recruits

The Mambo Project is pleased to announce a number of new recruits.

Joining the Development Team are Arno Zijlstra and Johan Janssens. Arno (aka Jick) from Leeuwarden in the Netherlands is known for SimpleBoard. Johan (aka Mr Jinx) from Diest in Belgium is known for DocMan.

Joining the Documentation Team as joint co-ordinator is Shayne Bartlett from Albany in Western Australia. Shayne is author of the Workware suite of components and modules.

In addition, we are pleased to announce the formation of our Translation Team. This team will seek to bring together the efforts of the many local community groups supporting language packs for Mambo.

Over the coming weeks, Trijnie Wanders from Stadskanaal in the Netherlands will be spearheading the coordination of this team. Jean-Marie Simonet from Montélimar in the South of France will be assisting in a consulting role during the early stages of launching this new team. Details of how your group can be involved will be out soon. This will also coincide with a beta release of Mambo 4.5.3 to assist with the translation effort.
