Default Error after reinstall, front end won't load. Please help.

So I reinstalled Mambo improperly. I now know the proper way to do it, however my site is completely broken now. When I try to go to the site I get:

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/agent_browser.php' (include_path='.;c:\php\includes') in C:\Inetpub\academic\localuser\lhs\includes\mambofu nc.php on line 175

When I then reload the page I get:

Template File Not Found! Looking for templatewaterandstone

Now I know that the template files are there, I've checked. I've also tried reinstalling Mambo properly several times to no avail, the front end of the site simply will not load. The back end, however does work. I've tried assigning templates individually, which doesn't work. Any suggestions would help me greatly.

Thanks!
