Menu Help please!

Ok, here is the deal:

If you press on the Top Menu item called "Tjänster" (the second from the left) you will get to a page. As you can see a sub-menu with pictures just appeared (originally the teasers), and under them a static content.

Now here is what i want to do:
I want the submenu to stay, even if you press on a static content. As it is now, it disappears, since i put the teaser modules to only be shown on Tjänster (The second menu item). Is this perhaps possible by using wrappers?

PS. Is there perhaps a module / component that creates menus with custom images, i mean, so you can chose which image a menu item should have...I really don't think there is, but...well, there should be

If i would like to make the menu more...well, functional i guess, so that when you press on one of the images in the Sub-Menu for tjänster it changes background color, i know this requires CSS, but is it possible to do? Please help me out here
