Wonder if anyone can help please. I'm running Mambo 4.5.5 stable and Zoom Gallery 2.5./ My site is getting spammed with comments against my Zoom photos.
I've had a hunt but the Zoom site seems to be closed down, and the only thing I can find on this forum suggests putting a com_zoom entry in my htaccess file, but I think that then may block all my users, not just my spammer. I appreciate that an upgrade of Mambo\Zoom may help, but I've got hundreds of photos in my gallery and I'd rather not chance an upgrade if I can help it, just incase I screw it up. Everything works just fine apart from the spam comments coming in. I don't have access to my server logs (limited hosting), so I'd appreciate it if anyone can give me any clues as to how I may be able to stop this please? Is there anything in the code I can add for instance that may prevent this happening? |
