You make a strong case... for not using Mambo at all. What liegitimate business would ever participate/invest in an open source project if when reiterating their rights, they could have their license revoked. So the project can misappropriate your property and if you speak up about it, they can take everything?!!
It only gets worse.
Again, I imagine these types of conversations repeated in 500 (more) forums all over the planet. That my friend would be the end of the project.
