At this point, is it possible to learn a bit more about the package concept planned for 4.5.3. I'm specifically interested in current ideas about the directory structure of a package and how it fits into the Mambo directory structure and a best guess on how the installer would install a package.
Also assuming this is planned, is it going to be possible to inheirt a new installer class for a package to allow it to handle its own element installation and removal.
I'm more interested in the envisioned concept rather than specific details which should be open to change.
