Search friendly urls and search optimised

I have seen several posts regarding the facility to create search friendly urls using mod_rewrite in versions 4.5+ which is a great development. I am also interested whether it is possible to produce search optimised urls i.e. http://myserver.com/theme/keyword/keyword etc..

Me too. I think SEO is very competitive at this point, and a URL like
http://www.mydomain.com/section-name/content-title

Is absolutely necessary in order to rank high on competitive search phrases.

Anything being done about this?

Yes, there are couple of addons for this.
Some commercial and some free. Search this forum for SEF advance and d51-SEF.
